Currently, our website only accepts local orders in Singapore. However, please drop an email to customerservice@ifactorynetwork.com for international orders.

We partner with Ninja Van for all local delivery. 

We provide FREE shipping on every order above $100. For orders below $100, there will be a $8 standard delivery fee.

Delivery period is estimated to be within 1-3 working days after dispatch from our warehousePlease note that delays can occur in delivery, and these delays are beyond our control.

Yes. We do provide self collection service, please select self collection upon checking out. We will email you once your order is ready for collection. 

We will accept a return of the products for a refund of your purchase price, provided such return is made within 7 days of shipment. All products must be returned in their original packaging and condition (such as not showing wear and tear or damaged box/packaging) If delivery has taken place, the refund will exclude delivery charges paid. Products returned with damage packaging will be assessed a 20% fee of the product price as a term for our acceptance of your returned products. Products returned with physical damage condition will not be accepted. 

You are liable for all shipping and handling charges on returned items. You bear the risk of loss during shipment.
We therefore strongly recommend that you fully insure your return shipment against loss or damage and to use a carrier that provides proof of delivery for your protection.
